"Miserable Experience"
I booked a trip to new orleans through rocketmiles. Which was done incidentally through my airline's rewards page. First, they never sent me a confirmation email for my stay, I had to call through the hotel, southwest, and priceline to just get a confirmation number. Then my trip was shortened by a category 1 hurricane (had to fly in a day late). They informed me they would charge a $150 no-show fee (During a hurricane!). I spent all day on the phone with them and the hotel trying to explain the issue. I was always on the phone with a multiple different people, no one knew what was happening, there was no internal records of my prior calls, and they kept telling me I would accrue extra $25 charges for using their "customer negotiation service." After hours on the phone over the course of an entire day, they were able to correctly adjust my reservation, but still charged the negotiation fee.
TLDR: Unreasonable policies, unacceptable customer service, incompetent staff, always trying to fleece you out of your money

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE"
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They booked me a room for 4 people and then when I arrived, the room would only accommodate 3. They threatened to charge me $75 cancellation fee if I cancel - Despite that they sold me a room that was too small for my family! And customer support was awful! Don't waste your time doing business with them - you will regret it.

"NO POINTS - LIED IN ADVERTISING!"
EXTREMELY disappointed. I only booked with Rocketmiles so I could get Aeroplan points. When I made my booking, it flipped me to Booking.com. Having never booked withy Rocketmiles before, and knowing it was in partnership with Bookin.com, I thought nothing of it. I happily thought I was receiving the bonus 3,000 miles that were promised with my first booking. Turns out I will in fact not be receiving these bonus miles after all because the booking was with Booking.com. The Rocketmiles website automatically flipped me to Booking.com, I never typed it in. There is no disclaimer saying that if the booking is made with a partner of Rocketmiles you are no longer entitled to your bonus 3,000 miles. The woman I spoke to at Rocketmiles was not helpful, and rather rude.
I will NOT be using Rocketmiles again. I will also not be recommending it to anyone else to use either.

"Flight got cancelled and they still…"
Flight got cancelled and they still charged me. Refused to give full refund. Risk is not worth reward.

"if i could give ZERO STAR I WOULD DO IT…"
if i could give ZERO STAR I WOULD DO IT WITHOUT A DOUBT!
NEVER EVER USE ROCKET MILES!!!! I booked a room at the Radisson Blu Scandinavian Copenhagen for a business trip, and because booked through American Airlines Hotels / Top Offers powered by Booking.com. As a frequent traveller for work, I assumed everything is in sync together with my Booking.com account making it easy to track my reservations together. But this is NOT THE CASE as my client had to change dates to the original schedule in Copenhagen out to August and was required in Australia, I forgot to cancel the booking on time. I would assume normally they would charge only one night penalty for no-show, but guess what? They ended up charging $3.8K out of my AMEX. I disputed with them on this charge 2 times -- and AMEX sided with Rocket Miles / Top Offers / AA-Airline which was confirmed by Agoda to Radisson Blu. Radisson Blu confirmed they had only charged one night and refunded the remaining charges, and yet Rocket Miles / Top Offers / AA-Airline which was confirmed by Agoda says the case is closed and I cannot get any refund back. So the lesson is to #NEVEREVERUSEROCKETMILES/ RADISSON BLU/ AMERICAN AIRLINES - HOTELS POWERED BY BOOKING.COM/ NEVER USE BOOKING.COM because THINGS WILL RETURN INTO SH^%!!! AVOID THEM LIKE A PLAQUE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET SCAMMED!!!

"Very Deceptive - beware"
There practice of selling hotels through United's website is very deceptive...they hook you into a hotel with extra miles and then you don't see the little print that it's non-refundable or changeable......so the hotel doesn't get your money if you don't show up and they keep it all....they hide the fact that the reservation is non-refundable. Even the hotel doesn't like them and said to always book directly with the hotel.

"They overcharged me $200"
They overcharged me $200. When confronted they told me the hotel shouldn’t have provided the informational they gave me. Bad business practices.

"I am the latest victim of this company"
I am the latest victim of this company, while booking you can expect price change. I selection on 117 euro per night and made payment and to my surprise I got bill of 459.3 dollars for 2 nights and I was totally shocked to contacted customer care, they denied rebooking or any changes in matter of minutes. I will hold responsible to jetprevilage to promote such company. I tried this website after receiving promotion email of ROCKETMILES.

""Taxes and fees" scam - 24% extra that goes to Rocketmiles"
They give you a price for a hotel room, then when you've paid you get a "taxes and fees" amount that for me added up to 24% to the original price.
Strange, as the New York city and state taxes should have added up to 14%. Then I find out they are not actually collecting state or city taxes -- there's a loophole in taxing for online bookers -- so that 24% is totally going to Rocketmiles.
Definitely a scam, I could have gotten that same room at the same price without the "fees". When I contacted RM about this they were never straighforward or honest about the "taxes and fees" item.
I'll not be using them again.
