"NO HELP after a terrible hotel stay"

NO HELP after a terrible hotel stay. They said TOO BAD and we can't help you. Hotel was old, dirty, mold and no breakfast as stated!

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK A HOTEL WITH ROCKETMILES! Refund impossible and rude customer service. They charge you double so you can get the extra miles but it's not worth it!

"Price charged was $10 more than final …"

Only after I pressed "Confirm Reservation", I saw I was charged $10 more than what was the "final amount" before pressing confirm. I took screenshots to prove. Customer service said "IT" will have to look into it and get back to me, that she cannot issue a refund, and that there was no manager for me to talk to!

Bad bad scam of a fraudulent company. Will be calling my credit card company for price adjustment.

Credit card charged by the hotel as well as by Rocketmiles. Tried to reach the company and haven't heard back in 2 weeks & 5 attempts.

"SCAM"

SCAM - went through the booking process, payment was made, but a message popped up saying there is no availability for the dates, please choose again. Checked with credit card and payment had been taken - fraud!

Hotellpriser så där men bra Norwegianpoäng, men observera att då de är baserade i USA så går det inte att få ett momskvitto dvs för företag så blir det i slutändan dyrare än att boka direkt av hotellet. Din ekonomichef (precis som min gjorde) kommer direkt att stoppa dig från att använda Rocketmiles för företagsresor. Privat fungerar det ju ok men jag har alltid fått billigare priser via booking.com, hotels.com, trivago.com

The prices are not the best in many oportunities, but the is a good choice instead to buy miles to the airline or if you need some miles at a cheaper cost than the benefit that it worh

"Overpriced"

It is a mystery to me why anyone would use this site. The hotel rooms are invariably overpriced, even when you take into account and subtract the value of the airline points that you will get. To boot, there is no pay later option.

In a nutshell, when taking into account the value of the mileage points that I will receive, I can get the same rooms for less elsewhere, get free cancellation elsewhere, and pay later elsewhere.

When getting a bonus for doing a first booking is probably the only time their price represents good value.
