We had went to paultons park to celebrate Halloween at peppa pig world was a lovely experience and I couldn't speak more highly of the coach driver Steve what an amazing host was very welcoming and really helpful! Would definitely book again had the best experience and time! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

"Babbacombe Turkey and Tinsel"

The Babbacome Hotel was in a perfect location and with a room with a Seaview it was an added bonus. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Our driver Jon was fantastic and went out of his way to ensure all passengers were happy all of the time. Very professional and always friendly.

"Absolute shambles of a company"

Absolute shambles of a company. This is the second trip & 100% won’t be going again.
First trip to Mama Mia they cancelled as the tickets had not been booked & second trip to ABBA Voyage we missed the first part of the show as it took us 8hrs to get to London.
There was no hand soap or toilet roll in the toilets in the bus. I advised the driver but he did nothing. On the way back we had to leave early & the black rubbish bags from the way up had not been emptied. I contacted Coracle 5 times & they could not even be bothered to get back to me. In the end offered me £30 voucher.
NO WAY will I ever use this company again. Total incompetence & don’t care at all about the customers!!!!!

Lovely comfortable journey to Disneyland and lovely hotel.
Lots of help and information from the bus driver to help our stay in Disneyland.

Lovely brand new coach only 2 weeks old, lovely friendly and helpful driver named Darko. Made plenty of stops for toilet breaks and to eat. Got us on early ferries so we had more time in Disney and also got ho earlier. The hotel we stayed in at Disneyland was ok but the food wasn't the best. The better hotels are the Disney themed ones but overall the holiday was fabulous and we all had the best time. Would travel with coracle again

I have booked and paid for months in advance for my daughter and I to visit the advertised Hogwarts In The Snow through this company on 09/12/24.

My daughter is a huge Harry Potter fan and having not visited before, she was so excited to go and see the set all Christmassy and snowy.

Less than two weeks before we are due to go, I went onto the Warner Brothers Studio website for some general information, only to notice that the Hogwarts in the Snow doesn’t actually start until a week after our arranged trip!! I contacted this tour operator who wasn’t aware and agreed to look into it and call me back. After chasing again some hours later, I was informed that YES, they had actually advertised incorrectly and that on the trip we would actually be visiting the tail end of The Dark Arts theme (not even over Halloween but after the event, and while the studio will also be preparing for the switch to Hogwarts in the Snow as confirmed to me by the studio).

The company has issued me a full refund I must state but sadly for my daughter, all the Hogwarts in the Snow tickets for this year have sold out when trying to book directly, and other tour operators are also fully booked for this year now.

My daughter is really very upset she won’t be able to visit the set this year having not been before, it has been a long awaited event in our household which we have both been excited for for many months now. What a total let down from this firm!!

It surly shouldn’t take me to point out to this firm that their advertised tour is incorrect? in my opinion, they are not a reliable or professional company at all.
I can’t even say they were particularly sympathetic or apologetic to the situation, if anything from a customer perspective, the lady I spoke to agreed to a refund yes but was a little defensive over the advertising error.

I suggest people check their bookings in future if you do use the company, I for one won’t use again.
For a first (and last) time experience I give Coracle Coaches a well deserved 1 star!!!

"Awaiting reimbursement"

I recently travelled to Oxford and the Cotswolds on a ‘who dunnit? At oxford prison’ trip. The bus was very comfortable however it came apparent very soon that the driver’s ability to drive a holiday coach had a lot to be desired and luckily there was another driver on the trip who absolutely saved the day. Everyone on the bus was full of admiration for Sam who had to take over and organise taxis etc. although herself was meant to be a passenger like us!
I wouldn't have written a review but I was asked to submit one via email, so I have, as I am still awaiting to be reimbursed for the taxi fare I paid (email from the company received a week ago).
If Sam was not present on the trip, I don't know what would have happened. Would I travel with the company again? - no, which is not a reflection on Sam at all. If Sam was the original driver and that we weren’t stranded in Oxford and having had to have taxis etc then the stars would have been 5. If there was only the original driver then there wouldn't be any stars.
