"Do NOT recommend..."

Mamma mia the party... what started as bad got worse by the hour, until we returned home.

- at point of 45 minute stop to london we were due to get to hotel by 16.45 (that was without taking into account the 45 minute stop)
- I asked at that stop what time we should get there by, driver stated 17.35 however we should have been leaving the hotel to go to event at 17.30
- at this point the whole bus should have been told to use this 45 minutes to get themselves ready to go straight to the event as we'd have no time in the hotel but this was not addressed. 
- due to the 45 min stop this then had a knock on affect leading into rush hour in london - we passed no traffic incidents, it was purely poorly planned timings. 

- we finally arrived at the hotel at 18.50 and were given until 19.10 to return back to the bus to get to the event by 19.20 (10 minute journey as stated on itinerary). 
- didn't leave the hotel until 19.30 due to two individuals ordering just eat to the hotel. They were told 19.10, if they wernt there we should have left, we were already late for the event. 
- journey from hotel took 45 minutes rather than 10 minutes including the driver going down a dead end which he did announce to the bus. 

- got dropped off 10/15 minutes away from the o2 entrance (not ideal for the people who struggled with mobility) then 10 minutes to the event entrance meant we didn't actually get to the event until 20.35 - over 2 hours after it started!

- to be seated the furthest away out of the whole bus load, yet we were the ONLY ones that paid you to upgrade to tier A only to be told there was no upgrade on our booking so they could not move us. 

- the toilet on the bus was out of order and absolutely stunk

- the bus driver did not update us throughout the trip unless asked too. 

- the whole thing was a massive shambles and our event was ruined.

- people booked annual leave on Friday, to spend 10.5 hours on a bus to get to London that should have taken 6 hours max.
- I rang your out of hours 3 times during the journey and no one ever rang back.

- my suitcase was damaged in transit.

- customer service dealing with this trip was absolutely appalling, recieved minimal refund for a waste of our time, a ransacked trip and were told in your words ' we advise all customers to take out travel insurance'.
- when trying to chase my refund through Facebook you blocked me.

First AND LAST trip with this company.

"Fabulous trip all round"

Had a thoroughly great time on the Gin Distillery overnight trip. Comfortably conveyed by driver Darka, with son Luca so so helpful, saw so much in a short space of time. Holiday Inn,Lemington, was ideal, great food, great staff and the Gin tour was excellent.
Couldn't ask for better trip. Certainly recommend Coracle Coaches. Thank you all.

Fantastic weekend away on the Shrewsbury and Chester zoo trip, our driver Shane was really friendly and kept us informed the whole time. Would highly recommend coracle and look forward to future trips!

"Our emmerdale experience was fantastic"

Our emmerdale experience was fantastic. Anton our driver was well dressed and helpful and whitty throughout.explained everything that was going on. Hotel was outstanding too. Only criticism was for such a long journey (9 hours ) there was no radio playing. When I asked anton he said that some people don’t like music so it’s a silent tour. I mean who donest like a bit of background music being played for the journey.

"Great weekend away on the Emmerdale Tour"

Enjoyed our weekend away on the Emmerdale Tour coach was on time and we were greeted by our driver Anton who was a marvellous driver, polite, helpful and well presented. Hotel was very good, staff were helpful and breakfast and dinner had good choices. Our excursions were great, Emmerdale and Liverpool and Anton explained all times to us and pick up points. I would recommend Coracle Coaches this is the second time we have travelled with them and we look forward to joining your Company again soon.

"Emmerdale Village Tour"

We had an amazing time on the Emmerdale Village Tour Weekend. Booking with Holly in the office was simple and all paperwork was received 2 weeks before travelling. Everything ran on time and the itinerary was great. The Cedar Court Hotel in Bradford was excellent and staff were outstanding. The tour at Emmerdale was great and an added bonus of a drink in the Woolpack was brilliant. Our driver Anton was superb! Great communication, excellent driving, looked after everyone on board and really added to a great weekend. Thank you for a fantastic weekend!

"Overall very good trip and value for…"

Overall very good trip and value for money. Room for improvement with organisation and details of trip, a bit more local knowledge of Edinburgh would have not gone a miss. Hotel very comfortable and well located. Sadly problems with new management, who were clearly unaware of our pre-arranged holiday package led to problems with check-in, packed lunch and evening meals which let the holiday down. I hope this can be resolved for future trips as the hotel has always had a good reputation and is ideal for a short break in Edinburgh.

"EDINBURGH TATTOO WITH CORACLE COACHES…"

The coach company Coracle coaches were brilliant the reason I haven't given 5 stars is because through not fault of Coracle the Best Western hotel in Edinburgh had serious staff problems, the food (not breakfast) but evening meal was awful. I believe the chef walked out leaving front of house to sort out the problem which they did the best they could in difficult circumstances. The reception had no hospitality skills. Otherwise would definitely recommend the Edinburgh Tattoo with Coracle

"Diana Ds mystery drag weekend"

Travelled on the mystery drag weekend! Utterly wonderful! Hollie, Suzi’s and Diana D were great fun and the coach was very clean and tidy. Brilliant weekend and I am totally gutted I can’t go next year. Just the most fun weekend!
