I ordered a Neff Cooker Hood & a Neff double electric oven from the Appliance Shop at Morecambe. First time I have used them but I have to say I was very impressed with their helpfulness and delivery. Both the items are brilliant and they were delivered on time. Really pleased. I would highly recommend this Company.

I ordered a Neff induction hob M70 80cm 5 zone in Black from the Appliance Shop. Sale No 100024487 on 22.2.2024. It was a very good price the best price I could find so a star for that. It arrived quickly as quoted, a star for that. It was checked on arrival and appeared to be fine. However, at installation the seal around the hob was broken in two places. I contacted The Appliance Shop there response was that this happened a lot with this hob and my fitters would sort it out with some 'stuff' when I asked what this 'stuff' was they just said to ask the fitters. So absolutely no help offered. So I rang Neff customer services who were really helpful. They said this was not a common problem with this hob and sent me out the correct seal within days so my install was not delayed. So they were fantastic. So great price, great delivery but terrible customer service.
And no you didn't offer to call Neff as you suggest in your reply.
