"I purchased a neff 70/30 integrated…"

I purchased a neff 70/30 integrated fridge freezer from appliance shop Morecomb early February. I was unable to get a kitchen fitter to install until yesterday
After removing the cardboard box, we discovered this 70/30 would not fit. Doors where. A totally different size. I contacted appliance shop, there response was the only operate a 14 returns policy.
I was disappointed they wouldn’t exchange for a suitable fitting item. I now know that different manufacturers have different sizes for 70/30 fridge freezers. I would of thought a reasonable seller would know this and point this out to a buyer. Not just sell it.
I have experienced very poor service from Appliance shop Morecomb.

Firstly, I looked across numerous sites for the best price on specific high brand goods and these guys were the most competitive. Secondly and perhaps most importantly, you can ring, get through straight away and receive advice/updates from people who are both professional and down to earth. I thought I had an issue with an incorrect order (turns out my own brain was the issue) but they were ready to help and sort the problem - absolute game changer for me and I’ll be looking no further when next purchasing appliances. THANKS!

After shopping around I found the best price for my new washer and dishwasher here, and they then matched a slightly better price that I had found for a fridge and a freezer so I ordered all 4 items, the service was excellent when ordering.
I have just had delivery and Wayne the delivery driver could not have been nicer, very polite and happy to put the goods where I required them - altogether a great experience at good prices.

Our tumble dryer arrived this morning and I just wanted to say how impressed we are with the service. From the phone call within minutes of ordering, to the time slot, the text update, the courtesy call from the driver and how helpful the driver was. Oh and it was £400 off!

In an age where virtually all customer service is appalling, in my experience, it has been a pleasant surprise. Easy, just how it should be. I just wish everyone else could operate at your standard. Thank you!

"Steer clear"

Steer clear. As I required the item I ordered online not just left on the pavement, Appliance Shop advised that for another 29.99 they would arrange another company to deliver and install it for me. Great. I was happy to pay for that. As a single mum of 3 on not a huge wage that is important because I can't lug bulky heavy items in myself, nor can I afford to take time off work to wait in all day any day but my day off. I was informed the next date for delivery in my case was Jan 18th. Not so great as it was quite a wait already, but more alarmingly that was for a day i woud be working, I SPECIFICALLY asked the staff member at Appliance Shop if the company delivered on my day off. I went out of my way to get that confirmed by them. Which they did. No problem they said, just take the 18th booking then you can reschedule to a date that works. Only that was false. I bought that service under their direction and advice and it was incorrect. In fact they deliver 2 days out of 7 and low and behold, not the day I am off. I ordered the item on the 8th. It's the 30th of January and still no tumble dryer. Appliance Shop denied point blank anyone in the store would have told me I could arrange delivery to a day that would suit. Gaslit. When i asked for them to check the recorded phone interactions which at the top of calling them they say they may record for training purposes, they said they didn't have them. I asked about cancellation and they said they'd charge me 99 pounds for it. Now I get that it was in the t&c's but they sold me a delivery option that simply wasn't available and have denied they did so. While they took no responsibility for my situation, they certainly took my money and aim to keep 99 despite the incorrect delivery information being the reason I'd need to cancel it. It's been over 20 days and still no item. If you can get the item you are looking to buy from Appliance Shop anywhere else, based on my experience, I recommend that you do.
