Don't buy from this shop ,is been 6 weeks after I bought some stuff and I have not received any goods, tried to contacted by email and phone nothing, I had to contact my bank to get my money back.

Bought red oak hanbo, arrived with a fairly large crack down one end. Contacted them with images, responded, offered me option of refund or replacement. Chose replacement, haven’t heard anything since. It’s been about a month. Shame, I chose the replacement because I still need the item, first of many that I may have purchased from here. Obviously not now.
