"Stay away"

Don’t use. They want money out of you. I paid extra for the next day delivery which was 1-3 days and they still haven’t come. It’s terrible don’t use.

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered some gloves, had notification they were dispatched and supposedly should have been delivered tomorrow. Got a phone call this evening saying they were out of stock but had another colour. How can you dispatch an item you dont have. Avoid this company I wont ever use again

"I would not recommend this company"

I would not recommend this company. Bought a Bo Staff for my 9 yo son's birthday on a Monday, (birthday was on the Sunday) on Weds they sent me an email telling me it was 'awaiting shipment'. On the Friday they sent me an email telling me it was out of stock. Nobody answered my emails or picked up the phone. Had to order one on Amazon in the end which arrived by Sunday. They finally sent an email saying they were 'running on a skeleton staff' which is why nobody got back to me. Really bad experience.

"Don't pay for fast delivery"

Paid £6.99 for 1 to 3 days delivery. Item has not been delivered 5 days after order placed. Misses my sons birthday so absolutely gutted, won't be using them again.

Love this company. I have been ordering from them for many years. Always fast delivery, never had an issue there. Great value and good quality. They don't charge a fortune for delivery, I am in Northern Ireland. Another very well known company has scandalous postage charges!

After first farce I decided to give them the benefit and try them again , more fool me again lied to about their rubber Nunchaku and again they are trying to con me out of my £4.99 postage . They tell you anything to get your money then they don't want to give it back and been told i've been refunded but not a penny of it showing in my account so if still nothing by Monday latest it will be a call to trading standards and a claims court for the full monies owed and for anyone looking to buy from this cowboy outfit DON'T *** NOT RECOMMEND ***

Just received my items, I was a bit wary reading other reviews but the items came as per order, quickly and in perfect condition.

"Slight hiccup"

Placed order which indicated as being in stock, paid for next day delivery, received an email to say they were having an issue and the item was not in stock, they still took my money, offered a £2 refund and I still haven’t received my item nor the refund, worst thing is that it was actually a present which has now elapsed the date. No apology given.
