"Excellent products & service"

On 2 occasions recently we bought a TV, some hifi equipment and vinyl from Richer Sounds in Belfast and found the customer service and, of course the quality of the products, excellent.

On the first order we omitted to order a record, which after contacting them, they added it to our original order. As the record was not in stock they ordered it for us and explained that it might take a little time to arrive. They kept us informed all the time and let us know when the record was being despatched to us, and called to make sure it had arrived.

On the second order the products had to be ordered and we still received them within 3 working days and delivery was free of charge with a very reliable delivery company.

Each person we have spoken to or had email communication with have been extremely professional and a delight to deal with.

Thank you Richer Sounds for being a fab company to deal with.

The best shop in Ireland! i ordered Denon AVRX250BT and YAMAHA YSTFSW050 SUBWOOFER, they knock out AMAZON price, next day delivery, never ever had like that in Ireland, i would give 6 stars, highly recommend, no charge for delivery!

Purchased many times from this company and always receive a 5 star rating from me. But on this occasion feel badly let down.
Advert clearly states FREE DELIVERY (partner who ordered this item lives approx 4 miles away) but when you open 'options', no it does not. You have to collect oneself.
WHY mislead people? Very bad practice from normally an excellent company.

Problem quickly resolved and I am now happy to award a 5star rating as usual.

In Belfast on Monday to collect some things however there was a slight mixup, but the customer service shown by David was excellent, it couldn't have been any better. Highly recommend this company because of the staff and prices.

Can't believe I've missed on rating Richersounds in Belfast. I haven't made it to the store but they've raided my money in any case. Always get great pricing and service especially from MD John. Only negative is perhaps their couriers can be a bit rough with boxes.

I have to change my opinion and rate up Richersound.ie. However the pricing with the GBP and EUR options on the page can be confusing, it's clear.

What I like:
-prices
-product range
-fast delivery (it was 2 working days)
-cheap delivery to Ireland

What I didn't like:
-the search motor on the page isn't too smart (=stupid)
-slow webpage
-sometimes the "bag" becomes empty when you click on "Checkout", its very silly

Just bouth lovely roksan oxygene amp and cdp in very reasonable price. Got extra rca cable for free. Perfect service, very good contact and care about customer. What can I say, recommend to all.
