"TOTALLY CLUELESS"

Went in to buy a Sonos Playbar and maybe the Sub and 2 Play 1 speakers. Asked for a demo. Guy didn't know how to work it. had to get someone else to help him, then there was no music on the system for me to hear. And when I asked to hear it for the TV, it didn't work. The optical cable was held in by Bluets, as it was broke too. I ended up walking out. JOKE

"Problems solved"

Richer Sounds were in touch today and the problems I had have been resolved.It is good that they care enough to follow up complaints and do something about it.
I will be happy to deal with them in the future and feel sure that their service will be as good as it was in the past

I had a problem with my Yamaha surround sound not working with my recent purchase of a Samsung 6400 tv the Preston branch could not have been more helpful with a visit from Adam who supplied the correct cable free of charge & fixed the problem. I have never had this kind of service from any company before, many thanks to Richer sound of Preston. I would recommend them to everybody who wants satisfaction in advice service & price to this company

"Apologies accecpted & problems resolved"

Following my previous review (bad) I was contacted by Tom from Richer Sounds who was most apologetic about my experience & resolved the problems I had with their T.W store. I have since been back & am happy to say that normal (good ) service has resumed. I am therefore again very happy with Richer Sounds Tunbridge Wells. I should say that I was taken care of by Malcolm & as before he was courteous & very helpfull

"Cutomer Service"

Was disappointed when my newly purchased yamaha yes 103 sound bar had no output for my existing sub woofer which I had been advised by the sales assistant it had, however when I stated this on their review site I was immediately contacted by customer service with a full apology and offer to exchange the unit
I will not take up the offer as despite this small issue I am very pleased with the quality of the sound bar

"SOLIHULL: TREMENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE, GREAT SONY 40" TV!"

I MISTAKENLY READ THE RED CARD AND THOUGHT I HAD ONLY A 12 MONTH WARRANTY WITH THIS NEW SONY 40 INCH KDLR48B TV, WHICH I ONLY GAVE 3 STARS. SPOKE TO PADDY AT MAIN CUSTOMER SERVICE 03339000093/4 AND HE IS SENDIG OUT ALL THE PAPERWORK AND WHEN I LOOKED AT MY PAPERWORK BETTER I SEE I HAVE A FULL 5 YEAR WARRANTY FOR ALL BEING A VIP USER OF RICHER SOUNDS. YES, PLEASE GO ON THE FREE SITE AND GET THE REE 5 YEAR WARRANTY WHEN YOU PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM THEM. ONE MUST BE A VIP STATUS, WHICH IS FREE! ONE ALSO GET A £10 VOUCHER IF YOU BRING IT IN STORE. MY FFRIEND TOLD ME ABOUT RICHER SOUNDS, FOR HE JUST BOUGHT A SONY 40 INCH TV FROM THE LEISC BRANCH AND HE LIKED THE SERVICE AND THE TV. pLEASE CHANGE MY LAST REVIEW FROM 3 STARS TO 5 STARS!

"Please read this before you buy"

Spent 4000 pounds in their belfast store, bought alot of stuff, they were very helpful and the prices were good. A small internal crack developed in the screen of my 46 inch tv after 5 months. They sent it to panasonic who said it wasnt a manufacturing fault. A Richer sounds engineer looked at photos of the crack rang me and said I must have hit it with something. I told hold him the crack was internal and that it was obviously not from something hitting it. There are several cases of this sort of screen cracking online. I offered to go 50/50 on getting an independant engineer to evaulaute they refused and Ignored all my calls and letters thereafter. I was forced to pay for an independant assessment myself, I then was forced to go to small claims court to which they didnt turn up. A judgement was made against them by the judge for the full amount and now after the period for reasonable payment expires tomorrow I am forced to go and get the judgement enforced and the courts will recover the money on my behalf from them. So moral of the story they are good sales people but if anything goes wrong its a different story. Shame I have to go to this extreme after spending alot of money in their store.
