Mashreq neo.The worst bank & service i will ever suggest to anyone.
waiting time to contact customer care is never less than 35-40 minutes. every time & every day same response that our issue will be resolved by today but same continues for days & there is no result.
staff is never to take any responsibility & putting on each others.

I am trying to reach customer care service since last 2 months. I tried all otpions, But I am unable to connect since there is no option saying as speak to representative. How Do we supposed to speak to customer care representative? Useless. I wasted so much of my time. And still unable to reach.

Not possible to reach call centre agent. So many useless options when calling. Spent 1 hour on phone trying to connect to a human and couldnt. Dial this dial that enter this enter that....its a joke

Its so difficult to reach the customer service on the tele banking so many options and no useful and it never reached the customer service ever its my regular bank unfortunately buy very very bad customer service their tele banking options need to be changed Person Will die to make its transaction in to installment plan 1 And Half Hour I was no the Phone calling To reach to my requirement and still did not

The worst bank I have ever dealt with.... so bad that not only I can’t do anything with my account, I requested to close and not deal with them ever again...guess what...I can’t even do that....

The level of security with their cards it is null.

Someone took my card and used it, and without knowing my pins or passwords, and just by signing with a fraudulent sign (random lines) this person(s) managed to get away with 2,000 usd I ended up paying. I didn't receive any confirmation call verifying it was me the one using the card, and even when I showed Mashreq that the card was used in two different places kilometres apart within 60 seconds, they didn't care. My advice: STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Some other banks have similar products with way higher levels of security.
