"THE MOST UNTRUSTABLE BANK IN THE WORLD"

I have the worst experience in the online transfer of my money since 9th August 2018, i have been calling customer care several times, they buck pass my request and hang my calls several times they disconnect my phone only one girl i remember her name is Vinisha, she promises to help me and got disconnected.As all of them knows it takes ages to connect the customer care, i have given up calling them. I have visited the bank to resolve this issue, no response . Until this date I am not sure whether my money will reach India to my family or not. I requested a callback, they don't care. they only care to bug you 10 times a day for a free credit card. I wish and hope someone could help me as this is my hard earned money and this cheater bank has duped me. Mashreq bank will never take responsibility and now are blaming the beneficiary bank in India. Guys if you have hard earned money, don't use this worst bank ever.

The worst banking experience with Mashreq Bank credit card . Cheating banking policies with no information of insurance charged on my card and because of the insurance my card went over limit for that they have charged over limit fee .

Liars and cheaters!! I chose Mashreq for my home loan and the whole process and their handling of the case has been a joke and a DISASTER for me.

They do not know what they are doing and I am currently paying FULL installments on my loan even though they are yet to pay out 40% of it !!!!

How on earth can that be legal???
