SCAM! Exactly the same outcome as previous reviews. Took payment then got an email 24 hours later to say that they were unable to unlock my phone.

you pay then nothing happens you never get another email they say Oh, it must have went in the spam folder, LOL, but no that is not it, you do not get a unlock code email because they never sent it! Do not waste your time or money on this scam website.

I also got the same results as those who have written a comment on this horrible phone unlocking scam. So as the 24 hours had expired on the waiting on my result I wrote them an email letting them know if I did not get my money returned a.s.a.p. my bank being a government employees bank, I would contact my bank report them and ask them to prosecute this scam to the fullest extent.....2 days later my money was back in my account...So my advice to those who have gotten scammed to do as I did...if you would like a copy of what I wrote them let me know.

Your phone is still under contract - if this is the case, your provider may not have agreed to release a code or server unlock until the contract either ends or is paid off. You will need to talk directly with your provider to fix this.
Your contract recently ended - sometimes it takes a while for our databases to update. If your contract ended recently it may be that we need a little more time before our service can unlock your phone. If you would like us to retry, please contact us in 14 days and we will do this free of charge.
Your IMEI was incorrect - please check your initial order receipt to ensure the IMEI number and all other information was submitted correctly.
We understand this is frustrating and apologize we have been unable to help on this occasion. If you contact your provider directly they may be able to give you more help and information.
A full refund has been processed. Please allow 5-7 days for this to show in your account. If you have any questions, please reply directly to this email including your order number.

Then you seen my reply. I have also stewed over how they defrauded so many folks so many never seeing refunds. If you still have not got your refund please email your contact info to support at randlprofessionalservices.com and I am starting to build a case to take to the attorney general.

I did not receive an unlocking code which I was fine with. But I have to continually email the company to try and get my entitled refund, it been over 2 months since I first contacted the services and was told it would be issued with 7 to 9 working days a month passed and I was told 3 working days... 2 months still no refund and still had to email and contact your company. Absolutely rubbish would not recommend at all!!!! And although it states you can get a full refund if no unlocking code is provided beware that you may have to continuously contact them in attempts to receive your entitled refund ..

These people are thieves !. Please don't deal with them, they charge your card and next day they tell you they will refund your money in 5 to 7 days because they were unable to find the code for you phone. then forget it, they don't refund, beware of these gansters.

This website is a fake. they wont respond to my emails when i asked about my order i have sent in numerous emails and no one responds.. dont do it they so not have customer satisfaction.took my money out my account so fast but wont refund or respond.
