I unfortunately did not read any reviews before purchasing. I wanted an unlock code quick and cheap and this was the first link in Google so I put in the details and made the payment. All seemed legit until I read the reviews and saw that this service simply sends out a generic email saying there is a problem with the IMEI and the phone cannot be unlocked about 4 hours later. I emailed immediately regarding this, had no response since but this morning I did receive the refund back into my account. So all's well that ends well but in future I would advise anyone to avoid .

Thankfully , before I use anything or make ANY ONLINE PURCHASES I DO A LITTLE RESEARCH AND ALWAYS READ THE REVIEWS. I fortunately did not give them money and I really feel so sad for ALL OF YOU THAT DID pay and were scammed, I WANTED TO TELL EVERYONE ON HERE FROM NOW ON PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DO SOME RESEARCH AND READ REVIEWS ON ANY ONLINE PURCHASE!!! I AM SO DISGUSTED WITH PPL BEING THIEVES AND LIARS AND STEALING PPLS HARD EARNED MONEY AND IT MAKES ME SO ANGRY,HURT, that TODAY THERE ARE TOO MANY LAZY PPL THAT HAVE TO STEAL ,LIE AND CHEAT FROM GOOD HARD WORKING HONEST FOLKS. THESE TYPES OF PPL NEED TO NO THAT THEY THINK THEY ARE GETTING SOMEWHERE BY STEALING FROM US ,BUT I PROMISE THEY WILL SOME WAY run into KARMA and hopefully the karma that comes onto them will be so great that it will make them think about STEALING ,LIEING AND CHEATING from good honest hard working ppl that. So again PLEASE EVERYONE THE INLY EAY FOR US GOOD FOLKS TO STOP THESE LOW LIFES FROM GETTING OUR MONEY IS FROM NOW ON BEFORE YOU PAY, BE SURE TO LOOK THE COMPANY/BUSINESS UP AND READ REVIEWS . I READ REVIEWS EVEN WHEN I PURCHASE ONLINE FROM ANY BIG NAMED DEPARTMENT STORES SUCH AS WALMART ,LOWES,ECT.... BEFORE U PURCHASE READ UP ON WHAT IT IS U R TRYING TO BUY. Instead of letting the payment fall off so it can go back to my bank they took the money anyway after they told me they was un able to unlock my phone.Do not use there service they are scammers

Man I wish I would have checked the reviews first...got the email saying sorry can't unlock and refund will be 3-5 days ok I waited 6 and contacted them then they said oh SAM will be handling your issues and if u haven't gotten it in a couple days contact us...waited another 2 days sent them email they said oh it's issues on our refund department verify PayPal email and it only takes 12 hrs to refund...verified PayPal and wouldn't u guess it no refund and they no longer respond to my emails..SCAMMERS

I been trying unlock an iPhone, when I put the order pop up something like your card has failed but I check my bank account to get a permission to use my card information and guess what , they charge me twice and my bank block them because the unlock shop was trying to left empty my account repeating the order transaction again and again. I gonna call my bank fraud department right now for report this fraud and get my money back.
