"Unlock Failure & Refund Wasn't processed automatically"

Update: I had to follow up for the refund on their support ID and they processed it immediately on the same day via paypal.

Earlier: They didn't send unlocked my phone and sent an email for a refund on 26th November, since then there is no refund yet. I need to contact my credit card company now.

I've been scammed. Paid my fee, then received email saying that my phone could not be unlocked. The reasons they gave were not feasible. They promised a refund but after 10 days it still isn't there

And yes... just like other reviewers said, there's my 'email' saying that after paying money, they 'can't' unlock my phone. Wish I had read all the negative reviews before being scammed.

Paid for an unlock code got nothing. Checked spam etc. No response from company. I’m going to flag this one as fraud with my bank. It’s only £12 but still!

SERIOUSLY DO NOT USE!!

As with all the other reviews below (why didn’t I check these first!!) I got scammed. Ignore these little replies to reviews they post. This company does nothing apart from take your money. Im surprised they are even still allowed to trade!!!
