Our property has been managed by JCF for several years and we recently have a new property manager who has been managing our day to day and also the delivery of a large maintenance project. Stuart has done a fantastic job in coordinating both and has made the process so much smoother through efficient style, good communication and general positive, can-do attitude.

Over the years, there have been several management companies in charge of the property, but I never wrote a review because quite frankly, there was nothing to praise…until Elena arrived. I have never met her in person, yet all our interactions have been very personalised, whilst still being professional.She genuinely cares about her clients/residents. I can’t commend her enough!
