I really love itokri product line because of my love for handloom apparel and fabrics as well as handicrafts. The quality is excellent and made of naturally sourced material making them earth friendly. The fact that local artisans are provided with this platform for continuing the ancient Indian artistry is a very important reason for my love of this brand. The orders are always packed very well and most of the times includes free gift. The dispatch and delivery timelines are always fast. But for a recent order I specially requested same day dispatch and the team fulfilled it. I received the parcel within 2 working days. I am truly impressed by efficiency of itokri team! Highly recommended..

I am so happy I found this website. All the items I have purchased are such good quality and the craftsmanship is so authentic and unique. It truly feels good to support businesses like ITOKRI, knowing that you get to support local people. Although when I placed my order I had some worries about delivery timing, I was able to get into contact with Vaishali at ITOKRI, and she was great help in providing information on what I can do with my order. The customer service from this team and Vaishali was amazing, as they always try their best to accommodate to your needs. I strongly feel that if it is your first time travelling in India, ITOKRI is an amazing website for you to do your shopping as you get affordable shipping in India, can learn more about the origins of the item you are purchasing, and can purchase items at a fixed price without worrying about potential inflated prices found in markets (the items on ITOKRI are priced very well for the workmanship) I will definitely consider shopping at ITOKRI again, especially with their large selection of designs and items regularly being uploaded.

"Colors are not true and quality is not good"

I wish I wouldn't have spend close to €100 on my order from Itokri, when I could have spent it on high-quality fabric somewhere else. It might look like a good deal, but with added shipping and VAT it's quite expensive - and if you can't use the fabric your money is wasted.

I ordered two pieces of fabric, one of them was okay, but the fabric with "black background" was indigo blue. Keep in mind the colors might not be true to either the description or photos.

Everything smelled very strong of chemicals, my hands started itching and I needed to open a window. I have never experienced this before.

I have contacted the company and they have not replied. I will never order from this website again, knowing that there are much better quality block prints elsewhere. An expensive lesson learned.
