"Straightforward and Fairly Quick"

I ordered a Loncin 6.5KW generator bundle on 21-Dec-2023. I needed the additional items in the bundle (changeover switch, inlet, cable, etc), which seemed fairly good value compared to getting the items individually elsewhere, so I decided to get the bundle. I'd previously chatted online with Just Generators and knew there would be no shipments until the new year due to the shutdown of the couriers. I got a notification that the generator had shipped on 03-Jan-2024 with Palletline, and to expect it within approximately 2 working days. I didn't get any firm delivery date or tracking details, which would have been nice, and the first I heard was a call from the driver on 05-Jan-2024 saying he was less than a minute away, but luckily I was around. The driver was friendly and helpful, and wheeled the pallet into my garage. The generator was well packed and arrived in good condition. After adding oil and fuel, I started the generator and gave it a few minutes run, and all seems good. Overall I am very happy with the purchase, and the lead time was reasonable considering that it was Christmas and New Year.
