Poor communication regarding delivery, didn't call back or provide further information as they promised. Driver turned up without warning or notice.

Also delivery driver wouldn't deliver to the house and I had to go and collect the generator from the end of the drive. Hard to justify a delivery charge !

"Brilliant and quiet."

I needed a suitcase style generator to charge batteries and hoover etc. on my touring caravan while parked up over the winter. I wanted one that was quiet and reliable, so opted for the Loncin 3000i. Ordered late one evening and it was delivered the day after next.( effectively one day delivery)
Oiled machine, put fuel in and it started first pull! Also extremely quiet and easier to move around compared to my other evolution 2.8kva generator, so very happy.
