A hidden gem for those seeking out a vast variety and choice of fabrics at very reasonable prices. Just make sure you give yourself plenty of time to browse as there is so much fabric / wool/ haberdashery to see you could be there for quite some time .
Helpful staff always at hand if you are looking for something specific or can’t find what you want.
A trip here is a must for craft enthusiasts, you won’t be disappointed.
Now living in Somerset, I still made the trip back up to Kidderminster to buy my Christmas fabric, the choice was fantastic.

"No help with faulty item"
Received blatant faulty wool (nothing like the rest of order) Refused to accept, several emails later I even offered to pay for a new one so I could complete my project but they then insisted on £4 postage for 1 ball of wool. Awful customer service, avoid!!

Wouldn't recommend this company as ordered a children's knitting pattern 5 weeks ago and I'm still waiting on it. Tried to contact company by email but got no answer. Very disappointed as it was a beautiful pattern

Ordered grey boucle fleece online around 10.30am 26/07/23. It was delivered at 9.50am on 27/07/23.
Product is exactly what I wanted. Delivery was unbelievably fast. VERY IMPRESSED!

"Terrible service, rude staff"
The shop is packed to the rafters with fabric, sewing essentials and wool. I visited with two friends today for what we thought would a chance to purchase fabric for our projects.
The music playing was deafening, when we mentioned it to one of the surly, overly busy young men. He said he couldn’t hear it. I questioned why it was playing if he couldn’t hear it, as it certainly wasn’t for the customers.
Having chosen items I took them to the desk to continue with my search. He told me to put my fabrics ‘down there’ pointing to the floor. I said I didn’t want to put them on the floor. No response..The staff are not interested in walk in customers. We were totally ignored. At the prices you charge one would expect much better service.
My friends decided they didn’t want to stay as the staff were so rude. I paid for my items and we left.
You’ve lost a long standing on line customer, potentially two new ones. I will be encouraging my sewing class members not to use your company too.

"Didnt send me what I ordered"
Didnt send me what I ordered, replaced it with something else without consulting me. No real complaints procedure, just email, and wait.......because they dont answer the phone

"Never again!"
This is the first order I placed and definitely the last. I wouldn't be writing this if their customer service was good. I received vinyl material which was packed by folding many times and as it took 5 days to arrive by royal mail it was really badly creased and unusable for what I needed. Their staff said as it was not faulty no refund could be issued for me to return it. I gave them advice to inform their customers of how they package material but I was given a statement from the manager who said I was the only one who complained about them!
Do not waste your money as I have. Appalling customer service and have no respect for the material or how the end user is using it.

Ordered a couple of fat quarters online,really surprised when they arrived the next day,they are exactly as I hoped they would be,very happy with fabric,will buy from them again if I ever need anymore

I was a bit worried to order because of some of the reviews. I'm glad I took the risk though. Absolutly stunning selection of fabric, the prices are amazing and my order came the next day! Can't fault them at all

"Dreadful communication and lack of customer service"
Used this company before and never had a problem until now. I placed an order on the morning of 1st June and on the 6th June the order update still said 'in preparation' It took two attempts before someone answered the phone and she said one fabric had been out of stock hence the delay. The order arrived on 7th but one of the fabrics was not the one I ordered. I phoned and no one answered again so on the third attempt I left a message explaining the problem and asking for a call back. No call back and no fabric. Today 8th June still no fabric and no call back. Left two messages again today with no response. Customer service is quite simply shocking or rather there is no customer service.
