Placed an order on 1 April and have still not received my order or a refund in lieu by 23 June. I have made many attempts to contact AYP and have had no responses for weeks now. Avoid this company!

I am not one to write negative reviews normally but the service I have recieved from Ayp Healthcare is shocking! I am still awaiting a response on a refund for an item I ordered at the end of February. They have zero customer service who do not answer the phone, messages on the online chat and emails. In the space of 4 almost 5 months I have recieved 2 emails about them recently changing their "system", which from what I have read on other reviews is the excuse they have been giving since 2023 if not before. I would avoid this company at all costs, unless you have money to waste and you don't actually want your good. A complaint has been made to trading standards and I await an update from them. If the company is unable to fulfil orders due to a backlog then I would suggest not letting people place any further orders until you are in a position to accept and process them. Waiting 5 months for 1 item is simply ridiculous and I for one will not be ordering from these again.
