Ordered some cream which is supposed to be delivery 2to 5 days ..this was 4 weeks ago!..had an email off them last week saying sorry for the delay blah blah and that would be sent out end last week still waiting !

"Ordered items in February now May - NOTHING"
Ordered item in February, delivery due within 2-5 days. A month later still no delivery after contacting AYP several times on the automated system, requested a refund at this time as the item is no longer needed, had to purchase elsewhere because of the delay. It is now middle of May and have received no refund or any further correspondence. Absolute disgrace, must be a scam

I am still waiting on either my order or a refund. Nothing!!! I ordered on the 22 April. Do not use this company!!! They are telling me they are in OVER LOAD!!! Orders will take 4 weeks or more!!!!

"1 star because I had to. Terrible company"
I ordered some tablets for my migraines from this company on the 30th April I received an email with order confirmed and on the website it said 2 to 3 days, I had heard nothing by the 4th may so I emailed them asking about the order, they responded with this email on the 6th may.

I still have not received the tablets or any update which to me is disgusting as I had to answer questions to get these tablets, I emailed them last night and I am still awaiting a response I have asked for a full refund plus postage which I paid for. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered but you think it is an online pharmacy I won't have a problem. Obviously there is a problem and it does not matter whether what you purchased was a £1 or £200 you have paid for a product and you do not get any emails to tell you of a delay or anything. Disgusting service and will defo not be using again and if I don't get the refund I will contact my bank. I only gave 1 star because I had to because trust me it would defo be minus stars for them. Luckily I ordered some from somewhere else as well and they was with me within 3 days I ordered online as they are hard to get plus I have prescription tablets for my migraines as well thank God I did not have a prescription for them especially if it was a prescription for life saving tablets as I would be dead by now

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My parcel was marked as delivered but I didn't receive it. Tried contacting AYP's support but the chat is always unavailable. I got a response on email eventually, saying delays in shipping - but my parcel had apparently been delivered. Makes no sense. Terrible customer service.

"Terrible company to deal with"
Terrible company to deal with. Still waiting for my order and they ignore the chat feature and emails. Have been waiting 2 weeks now when their website says 2-5 days. Now contacting my bank to pursue a refund. Avoid at all costs!

DON’T GO NEAR THIS COMPANY they are awful, they don’t get in touch and don’t send your order or give you a refund. Still not got my refund over a month later and constant emails from me asking for it. Just a bunch of thieves

Sorry to say really poor communication. I placed an order on the 25 March 2024 and have chased a few times, to be told they have a problem with a computer system. I asked for a refund so I could buy the items elsewhere, but nothing, silence!! I still can't get any answers, or my money back. I won't be using AYP Healthcare again as I need to be confident that online companies will keep in touch with any issues.

I have been waiting for over two months to get my order from AYPH. I have had replies from technical issues and my order will be sent in a couple of days. I am hoping my last complaint will work.

"No refund, No delivery of item"
Placed an order nearly 3 weeks ago, had to chase them myself no updates. Was then told days later it would be another 2 weeks to dispatch. Replied to get a refund and was told the order would be dispatched in a few days or I could have a refund. Asked for the refund and have never heard anything since. No delivery, no refund, no replies to my emails since asking about what is going on. Awful company to deal with would steer well clear.
