AVOID this company. I ordered 2 months ago and have not received my order or had a refund. They will send you 2 emails saying supply issue in the 1st one and the second when you chase them, do you want a refund. Say yes and then nothing. My next step is to report them to Trading Standards. AYP Healthcare total rip off!

I ordered eye drops in February, didn’t arrive contacted them, they said they had a problem but I would receive them the following week, this happened several times so in the end I asked for a refund, after two attempts still no refund, I have just emailed this morning for a third time.. I thought I was giving a small company a chance, but have now ordered from Amazon they arrived the following day ..very disappointed with AYP, giving the benefit of doubt maybe mine was a one-off situation..

"Product not received 2 months later"
Ordered a product on 5th March. Still has not arrived. Not being kept up to date unless I push for a response and have had no response to an email sent on 16th April. I have had to purchase elsewhere and I am now requesting a refund but getting no communication at all.

Ordered and was told product on line was instock just a holiday back up medication of anti-diarrheal pills, Said shipped in 2to5 business days. No porduct arrived prior to holiday so purchased from Tesco. TRied to call line say not taking calls n line form completed no reply.
Product no use now to me, seems like charge back and a complaint to the General Pharmaceutical Council about the registered pharmacist running the company

Ordered eye drops from AYP on 20th march. Delivery was supposed to take 2>5days. They never arrived! I contacted the company several times. AYP said they were having a problem with a new robotic system. I then asked for a refund but from then onwards they never replied to my emails. In the end I contacted my credit card company and asked for a refund under the chargeback scheme. I will never ever use this company again!

"Money owed £64, what chance of a refund?"
I have been waiting for one order from February and another from march totalling over £64. I have contacted them several times but am still waiting for the goods or the money. Lost all faith and confidence in this company.

15TH APRIL still no meds and I'm being ignored I've sent umpteen emails always get a ticket so they've received it they are just not responding and not refunding
Funny chat is open 9 till 5 bit when I put my details in they went offline for a few hours !

I ordered in March it's now May and still no order
I've had one email when I 1st contacted them yes they had issues with getting meds asked if I wanted to wait or a refund i asked for a refund then nothing
Ignoring my messages and my emails
So I'm out of money and goods
Don't order try one of the other companies with better reviews
