All boxes of cream were expired, poor communication from company to resolve I have had to keep chasing still waiting to hear if they are sending out replacements as I requested.

I ordered a pack of eyedrops, after two weeks and nothing showed up I contacted AYP, they said they had recently had new technology ‘robot’ and my order should be on the way soon, after another week and nothing I requested a refund, this also took a week. Very poor service.

Waited 16 weeks for my item despite numerous emails. Always a different excuse for delay. Why was it not posted as out of stock on website?

I placed an order on 19th March and it has still not arrived. I have contacted them several times and they just say its a delay in their system. Last week they said they would refund me but despite chasing again this has not been done. No phone number just a contact form which they rarely reply to. I am now reporting them to my credit card company. They should not be running a company at all.
26/4 I have now reported them to Trading Standards.

My order was sent in to AYP at the end of February and I still don’t have it. I have texted them about 5 times to ask them to send my order or return my money to my bank and I’ve still not had either. They are corrupt and I advise that you do not give them your custom.

Placed an order on the 24th February and still haven’t received it. I’ve sent messages asking for updates and now a refund and haven’t had a reply. I would not recommend AYP Healthcare
