"Achtung: Falsche Angaben bei Kosten Rückversand nach Deutschland"

Die Bestellung kam schnell an und ich habe auch 2 Teile behalten (Qualität gut).
Habe ein Kleid in insgesamt 3 Größen bestellt und entsprechend 2 Kleider zurückgeschickt. Hier habe ich leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Laut Website kostet eine Rücksendung „European Union: €6.95“. Mir wurden aber 16€ für die Rücksendung berechnet. Ich habe mehrere Screenshots inklusive der Links an Miphai und das Unternehmen, welches die Retouren bearbeitet, geschickt und darauf verwiesen, dass auf der Website 6.95€ steht. Miphai hat dies ignoriert und auf die 16€ bestanden. Es wurde immer darauf verwiesen, dass die Kosten für Deutschland 16€ sind - das stand so aber nicht auf der Website und Deutschland ist nun mal EU. Irgendwann hat Miphai dann auf der Website die Info „Germany and Austria: €16“ eingefügt. Ich habe alles durch mehrere Screenshots protokolliert und mich sehr geärgert, dass ich insgesamt 44 EUR für Versand (28€ - finde ich auch schon überteuert) und Rückversand (16€) zahlen musste. Ich kann Miphai nicht empfehlen!

Worst costumer support!! Do not buy from here! It took way longer to arrive than what they had said. When the order got to me it didn’t fit me, I sent it back using the label they provided me. It’s been 2 months and I still haven’t received my refund. They continuously accuse me of sending it to the wrong address, when I used the address label that they provided me. They are rude, dismissive and condescending. I would not advise anyone to buy from here ever!

Meine Sendung kam wohl 3 Tager später in Spanien an, weswegen ich für das Kleid aufkommen soll?! Ich hatte das Kleid 5 Tage bei mir und habe es wieder zurückgeschickt. Woher soll ich wissen, dass der Lieferant so lange braucht wodurch ich die Frist überschritten habe?
Was ist das für eine RetourePolitik?

Miphai ist NICHT empfehlenswert!!!

Before ordering via the online shop I checked on shipping costs on the english version of the Website where it said free shipping. When ordering they charged something and after asking to fix it, they where implying that this was my fault, because it would be correct on the website. They sent the link, I followed it, same result - free shipping. After sending that screenshot, still nothing but saying that I would be looking "wrong".
There have bad IT and bad customer service.

Apart from that, there recommend on every part of their website to order the dresses a size larger. So no I ended up with paying for shipment and a dress that is too large. Last time ordering there.

I recently bought a white dress. It came quickly no problem there but the dress had some stains. Since I bought it for a close event I could not return it and gave it to the dry cleaning. But still one stain did not come out. I think they sell used items. And not worth the money.

Ich hatte eine Gute Erfahrung mit Miphai. Ich hatte 2 Pakete nach Deutschland bestellt. Die Lieferung war innerhalb 1 Woche da. Der Stoff ist von guter Qualität. Leider musste ich die Kleider zurückschicken, weil sie nicht gepasst haben.
Der Kontakt war schnell und zuvorkommend! Rücksendung hat 6€ gekostet mit ups - für mich ein fairer Preis! Wird von der Rechnung abgezogen. Alles sehr unkompliziert. Kann ich empfehlen!

I returned the articles 2,5 months ago. I also received the notification, that the package arrived at the logistics point but they still haven't refund my order, telling me they are having an issue with the system. This was one moth ago, since then no answer.
