"Nooit de bestelling ontvangen"

Op 18 juli heb ik een bestelling gedaan van 6 jurken. Hierna ontving ik enkel nog mails in het spaans die na vertaling ook niet verduidelijking gaven of het ging om mijn bestelling of reclame.
Op 24 juli heb ik zelf gemaild wat de status was van mijn bestelling, uiteindelijk kreeg ik te horen dat ik binnen 4-7 dagen mijn bestelling in huis zou hebben.
We zijn inmiddels een maand verder; ik heb nooit een jurk ontvangen of ook iets van een mail gehad. Gelukkig stond deze bestelling op achteraf betalen en heb ik dit geannuleerd. Zeer slechte ervaring dus; geen bestel link, geen update, geen jurken, niks

I've returned 3 dresses weeks ago and I'am waiting for £300 refund until then. They say they are facing "trouble with international refund", but now it's more than a month that I am waiting.

Terrible company. I have lost over £500 worth on dresses that they won’t send me a returns form for. I have asked for over a week. The Quality of dresses are awful hence why I wanted to send them all back immediately. I ordered 5 and only tried 1 on. Avoid this company at all costs so you don’t lose your money like I have.

"Nice dresses but the delivery takes weeks/months"

The quality of the dresses is good but the delivery time is horrible. One time I ordered a dress for my civil wedding, so I had a deadline! On the website it says 3-5 business days but my dress (after contacting them multiple times and getting all different excuses) only arrived after 2,5 weeks .. after that my mom ordered a jumpsuit on the site for my wedding and paid extra for the express delivery, according to the site it was in stock but she received the jumpsuit 5 weeks after ordering, way to late for my wedding... overall nice dresses but the delivery takes way too long, order it at least 2 months before the date that you need it. Unfortunate, it could be a lot more popular if the delivery time matches the time on the website..

"Experience client horrible"

Experience client horrible. Je leur ai demandé un retour et remboursement et ils me disent que ce n'est pas possible car j'ai dépassé de 2 jours là date (sachant qu'on parle de 14 jours de retour client). Les robes coûtent plus de 200 euros et le seul message que j'ai reçu était le suivant "on ne peut rien faire 😊". Le smiley est totalement inutile et condescendant. A fuire
