We recently purchased Calacatta Gold quartz from Cardiff Stone for our kitchen island and worktops and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.

Communication was excellent right from the first email, with prompt and friendly responses that made us feel confident before even visiting the showroom. The showroom itself has a fantastic selection of stone and the team took their time helping us find the perfect match to complement our kitchen units and floor tiles.

One of the highlights was being able to visit the on-site workshop—it was fascinating to see how the stone is cut and prepared. Mark, who came to do the templating, was incredibly knowledgeable and offered really helpful advice, talking us through all the options. The owner was just as helpful and friendly, and it was clear they genuinely care about getting things just right.

This lovely family-run team made the whole process smooth and enjoyable, always happy to answer questions. The turnaround time from measuring to fitting was super quick and we couldn’t be happier with the final result.
