This is a virtual company - not brick and mortar. They assess the value of your items via photos or for larger collections by visiting your location. One of the Coinfully members, Wyatt, came to my house and evaluated my collection which was a hodge-podge of items, inc gold, silver, UNC and Proof sets, some paper money, some foreign money and commemoratives. Wyatt was incredibly fast, and made me an offer that was quite close to my own valuation, and the money was wired the same day. Could not have been easier!

It's a bit nerve-racking trying to sell a valuable coin collection online...One...because it's online and there are a lot of scammers out there Two..because this area of "investments" is not in my wheelhouse. Having had an inherited coin collection "appraised" from a dealer brought in by a local jeweler who when asked was giving me a sizable reduction in the spot price of gold and silver because "we have to cover our travel overhead" I decided to look at other options. I mean fair is fair but a 20% below market seemed pretty poor.... I found Coinfully while researching online. It passed muster having good reviews that were current, they were BBB rated with no complaints and their website was good, comprehensive and very explanatory. Bottom line - it was an easy process. I inventoried my coins, sent the list and they got back to me with an estimate very promptly. Once I made the decision, it was equally as easy to ship off the collection and upon receipt they immediately confirmed and sent payment. I highly recommend them.
