"Beware of Unknowingly Sending them a Counterfeit "

I submitted and got paid a fair price for my first shipment. It was so easy....the hardest part was inventorying them. But today, I learned that there were two counterfeit coins in my shipment of 40 or so coins. I was told by the person I was dealing with (nice guy) that "After speaking with my boss about the coins he informed me that due to our insurance policy once we receive a package with counterfeit items we are no longer allowed to receive packages from that client and be covered." I find this policy to be offensive. They weren't out anything as they're returning the two counterfeits to me.
