"Bizspace - Letchworth"

The car park is by far the best aspect, the lines are drawn at an angle, the amount of pleasure we take in watching cars trying to park, we see several bump each month as well as people trying to squeeze into their cars though the tight space on a daily basis when some people have understandably found it difficult to park. Two people I know have had damage to their cars in this car park.

We appreciate the fact that Bitzspace provide free parking to other local businesses, although this can be quiet annoying when people work here and can’t actually park.

Lack of toilet roll and hand towels on a weekly basis
Bins not emptied in toilet area
Very unclean toilets
Broken bin in toilets
Dirty doors in toilets
(the above seem to be mainly present in the small toilets not the toilets near the reception area)
Ants in the kitchen area and also now appearing on our desks in office areas
Smell of sewage near to both toilet areas
Meeting rooms not meeting required standards (i.e. no heating, rooms used as storage, unclean chairs, inadequate furniture)
Overflowing bins in the car park
Kitchen bins not emptied
Communal corridors becoming untidy, rubbish on floors, dirty doors, not hovered, even a broken dish was found on the floor
