"Excellent team resulting in an brilliant experience!"
We have been here now for nearly 5 years and during that time have had a very positive experience. Staff and centre management have always been extremely pleasant and helpful, any minor issues we may have had during this time have always been dealt with in a very professional and timely manner. Strongly recommend.

"Second to none"
I have been a customer with Bizspace in Nottingham for over 5 years now, during that time they have supported me throughout and have been able to help me and my business constantly. They have been superb to me as my company has grown and more importantly during difficult times. The manager Jamie is incredible, he has given me fantastic business advice and help, he has even introduced me to new customers. The site is very well managed and looked after by the whole team and I cannot fault them at all! As landlords go I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family (as I often do!) Thank you, George Davis Unit B7a & B7b & B6.

"Bizspace perivale"
Bizspace is a fabulous place to work. We've been there over a year and the staff particularly @perivale are amazing. Nirav, Natalie and Michelle are always on hand and always ready to help. Natalie is an absolute gem helping out even on her days off. Want an office space with amazing centre staff then Bizspace Perivale is highly recommended.

"Highly recommended"
We moved into unit 6 at Bizspace Perivale in August 2011 and would highly recommend the site to any prospective tenant.
Whilst there has been the odd issue in our time at Perivale every concern or query has been addressed promptly and with professionalism and courtesy, and we have experienced nothing but the best of service and flexibility from successive managers culminating in the very excellent Natalie Stonehouse (the current Centre Manager) and her team. Keep up the very good work guys.
We may not get the opportunity to say it often but we really do appreciate everything you do.

"UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICES AT BIZSPACE / POOR SERVICES - THEY TOOK MY MONEY (DEPOSIT)"
I am writing today to complain of the unprofessional services I received from BIZSPACE PERIVALE (UB6 7JJ) between March 18, 2014 till Nov 30, 2015. I was at Bizspace Perivale in Room : 101
In all honesty, I enjoyed professional service between Feb.14, 2014 and March 18, 2014 when Mr. Nirav Patel was still the Manager (Who is now based at Wimbledon Branch). However, everything got worse when Previous Centre Manager Ms. Natalie Stonehouse, was brought in. Ms. Stonehouse failed to provide proper solution at all times to the challenges I faced in the course of renting the property.
I had complained to Ms. Stonehouse times without number about the poor internet connection in my office but the response which I received was so poor and not in time. Our business is about IT activities whose survival depends on a good internet connection. We had lost many of our clients to our competitors due to the poor internet connection in our office. I have mentioned this to Natalie many times through email
Also during the winter, the heater was inexplicably OFF most of the time. I complained to Ms. Stonehouse but all I got back was a cold-eyed response until she decided to make the heater switched between the hours of 9am-6pm while the company initially claimed 24/7 access to office facilities. I do resume work as early as 7am. If the office is freeze all the time, how do they expect me to work? This is an issue of (WORK HEALTH & SAFETY ISSUE – As explained on this Government website
I have received so many Negative Reviews from my clients on parking issues and filthy toilets as they were not cleaned on time and there was lack of toilet rolls inside. Despite my suggestion of hanging a “PLEASE FLUSH THE TOILET AFTER USE” note on wall, Ms. Stonehouse only concerned with how to get more tenants to the property by displaying a hanging of REFER BIZSPACE TO YOUR FRIENDS AND TAKE 10% COMMISSION)in the toilets while the services are poor.
And also I wrote an Appreciation letter about Natalie for assuring me to provide better services in future; however my experience at Bizspace Perivale was bad most of the time.
There were so many other issues like Security – When I moved in to the office I have been said the door lock for the office will be fixed however after more than 10 emails and after couple of months when I Complained to the Regional Manager then the door lock got fixed, I also had Telephone line issues,
I have been denied to use the office address as registered office, When complained to Mr. Ian Gaunt and Mr. Mattew Barell (Area Manager) and when I asked other Bizspace Centre’s they clearly mentioned that if you have an office at any Bizspace Centre you can use your business as registered office address, When Challenged to Ms. Stonehouse then she approved
And finally, on September 14, 2015, I issued a Notice of Leaving to Bizspace Perivale and I was entitled to getting back my Deposit.
On November 24, 2015, Ms Natalie visited to check the condition of my office I rented and she said “Everything is clean and fine” but declined to facilitate the release of my money citing another condition of Room’s painting and Electricity Certificate. I clarified her that the room was same as when I moved in, but to avoid any face-off with Bizspace, I agreed to pay £100 for the rooms’ painting and Electricity Certificate. I was perplexed when Ms. Stonehouse raised the price of the painting from £150 to £200 +VAT in her email when she overheard me that I have agreed to pay the initial £100. I challenged these illicit charges and for several days she didn’t reply my emails. I sent her another email on November 30, 2015 asking her about any update only to be told that the matter has been referred to The Regional Operations Manager and promised to get back to me but I haven’t seen any mail regarding this complain from them up to this moment nor any email from The Regional Operations Manager introducing himself and assuring me to look into these matters. SO UNPROFESSIONAL IT IS
On November 30, 2015, I paid £125 to a cleaner to clean all the rooms and dispose all rubbish. I took two videos and twenty-one images of the cleaned office to prove that I handed over the rooms in clean condition as I received when I first moved in and I sent those to Ms. Stonehouse by email.
On December 1, 2015, as agreed I handed over the keys to Ms Stonehouse and she informed me new occupants may come in anytime. I was charged by Ms. Stonehouse for painting and which she did not do as the new occupants moved in the day I vacated.
Whatever I wrote / Claim – I have full proof of emails
Up till today, Bizspace has refused to return my Hard Earned Money (Maintenance deposit) and neither did they tender any apology to me in-lieu of the unprofessional services I was rendered and concession in my rent. Also they kept £146 as 3 months mail box, My clients said they have sent numerous letters and when I called today Bizspace Perivale (Lusine) confirmed that they received letters (If they receive letters why they don’t send an email stating that there are letters for me as the other Centre’s do ??? Few days ago they said there were no letters. I DON’T WANT ANY MAILBOX FACILITY; I AM WORRIED MY LETTERS MAY BE MISPLACED)
I trust this is not the way Bizspace wishes to conduct business with other valued customer. I have been unprofessionally treated but I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further to return my Hard Earned Money and to learn how they propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring.
Thank you.
Yours faithfully,
A SHAIK

"SHOCKING IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT! READ THE BOTTOM FOR RESPONSE"
We are a community based charity which arrived at Bizspace in Nottingham over 4 years ago paying close to a £1000 for our unit. We received the unit in a very horrible state, with no health and safety standards, with most of the rooms filled with rubbish to the roof. The walls had holes and were falling apart, the floor was damp and cold. There were hardly any doors and the ceiling was an absolute disgrace, may I add with no lighting. The toilets and kitchen were in total disrepair. We took the building with the understanding that it would take us months/years to get it up to standard while running the charity and paying our rent. This took us a couple of years to get the units to a reasonable standard. However every effort to do this was not appreciated, as the manager was quick to re-evaluate the current market value of the unit, and as a result would remind us on numerous occasions of the present value of the unit suggesting it was worth more and disregarding the charity's investment running into tens of thousands of pounds to bring it up to that standard. Despite the fact we were not owning bizspace any amount of money to date, the company shut down our charity, and our assets were confiscated by the manager Jamie Douglas, though we spent money upgrading the unit. The manager of the unit Jamie Douglas lied to us on numerous occasions, and mistreated us, for example he suggested we would be allowed back into the unit if we paid the final months’ rent though locking it up 3 days earlier than the next month and 10 days at the start of the month. Jamie accesses the unit at will and took 100's of photographs of our assets which are now confiscated by bizspace today which has cost the charity in over 4 years of labour and left the charity with a deficit on its account. We agreed to pay the final month rent on the understanding he would open the doors for us to collect our assets, however he instead wrote us a letter a week after saying we should never contact him directly, or come to the premises otherwise he would order the police to arrest us, I was simply devastated that a company of this magnitude would treat its client/charity in this manner. The charity before being shut down had fully networked with our close community and we had various projects inc a café, a community empowerment project (for youths in the community), a Christian worship centre and workshop and training offices and made a lot of impact in the community which has improved its reputation. We made a deposit at inception of £500 which we never received back. Jamie also threatened despite the fact our deposit was not refunded and compensation was not made though we invested in making the property a hundred times better than its original state, that, if found anywhere near the property the police would be called to remove us. Additionally we tried contacting the head office and some regional bizspace offices to intervene, however we were ignored. I am posting this so the public is aware of ours and many others experience with bizspace.
I have just read your reply, and have noticed the company has had 4 reviews which features 3 which are negative. I would be surprised if you are suggesting 75% of your reviews are exaggerated and the customers are wrong, I think your company should be making inward assessments of your customer service rather than blaming most of your customers review on the platform. I am also not surprised of your suggestion that we damaged the property, the company is filled with liars, so there's nothing wrong with telling another lie. Additionally, you used the word exaggerated admitting there is an element of truth in this review which it in itself is shocking.

"Absolutely Astounded of What a Teriible Experience"
I went to Bizspace in Oldham Saddleworth in start of October. The office i rented was of on an okay standard but the cost was quite low to match. As the months progressed into winter. I found the office to be extremely cold. Almost down to 10 degrees...particular on a Monday. I was assured that the overnight heaters that i was paying around £35 for was substantial enough. However these did barely anything. The heat output was poor and the window had not been sealed so a major draft was coming through. In mid-December if decided to invest in a good external plugin heater to raise the unworkable temperature. During the period of mid-December and mid Jan i was in the office for JUST 4 days due to the Christmas period, man flu etc. In late Jan i then received an invoice. Quite astonished that the electricity bill on top of the normal electric was £125 for 4 days. My question is what it would cost for a month working at Bizspace. I then decided to log my complaint, work from home to avoid such costs and incur the flat rate cost of the office due to the contract. My complaint was dealt with and i was told that somebody would need to move in before i could leave the agreement. Which was fair enough. However, I remained unwilling to pay the electricity bill and costs until it was investigated. A day after I received notification that the electricity meter was correct. Which was farcical! I was also told that potential clients would be possibly renting my unit and at that point i could leave. In addition, the manager over at Saddleworth would let me know the progress. Recently in June i decided to move back to the office due to the warmer climate. All cost was paid. I then had a call from the manager telling me that my unit had been now allocated and i was unable to move back. They had also been into my office taking out without even an email to let me know. The manager offered me another unit in the building but i declined due nightmarish thought of heating issues arising again. Only in light of the fact that i was now not going to continue to rent from bizspace did they decide apply a Health & Safety check of the electricity at a cost of £96 deducting my deposit from £400 to £304. I agreed and was told i would recieve the cheque in the next 10 days. 15 days later i had nothing back. So i decided to email making the enquiry. The manager was rude and simply asked for my forwarding address so he could re-issue a cheque. My question was "why do you now need to reissue a cheque"...His answer. Because there is a mailing forwarding service of £108 to be deducted from my deposit. Now bringing it down to £196. Again now waiting another 10 days. Im pretty sure at this point in 10 days’ time that if will receive nothing and will then have another fee applied bringing my deposit down to a big £0. If you value your business and your hard earned money, I would think twice about Bizspace.

"Be Very Very Careful - I lost my deposit for being a good tenant"
Be very very careful, they will never return your deposit, I have the eye witnesses saying they will return our deposit, the office was returned in the same state it was in, even better because it has not been painted whilst we moved in and there was too much dust which they cleared 5 days after, we were promised that our deposit will be returned in one month time, its been nearly 6 months now, plus, their head office says we painted the walls which further made it look bad (we have never painted the walls), and without our consent or even informing us, they painted the walls, how can you paint the walls or charge someone for the damage without contacting that person? I have been a good tenant, been there an year and half, but I have found them highly disrespectful and liars which will go any mile to deduct your deposit, I will never recommend this to any customer who wants to avoid hassle and stress.
