The installation (and the contacts e.g. choosing the date) went smoothly. There were some issues, not related to blink (charging card lost in the mail, error of the technical inspector), but quickly resolved by Blink!

I reported weeks ago that my Blink charging station was defective. Whenever I contact their support team, they can only access my ticket but are unable to provide any information about when or how the station will be repaired. I’ve politely requested a timeline, but they can’t offer one—they seem to have no insight or clarity on the matter. The service and follow-up process are extremely poor.

The support/ FU was really good. Especially Jochen/Nicole did a very good job. Although the charging installation needed to be send 2x (once lost and once damaged - more a DPD issue). The depot of Blink was very close to where I live, so would have been able to get it myself instead of sending it with DPD - a pitty that this was not a possibility. So it took a while to have the charging installation at home but the follow-up done by Blink was super ! Also the technician who did the installation was very good. I can certainly recommend Blink !
