"There's nothing to hide that with such…"

There's nothing to hide that with such a big & busy company , there will allways be small problems and mix-ups ... but 98% of the times they get it right and sort the mix.ups .
I have dealed with one of they're agents a few times over the last months , Logan , and he is probably the most helpfull person that they have in they're staff .
Thank you for the support and the help provided when needed .

Their service is disgusting
I'm still waiting for my products 2 weeks on from winning an auction.

After looking at reviews I am now not even looking forward to delivery.

£130 PAID FOR DELIVERY ....ITEMS STILL NOT HERE.

As you see John Pye on here have said that I should contact them
(Amazing idea why didn't I think of that)

Well I have contacted them , there reply is we don't know where your items are!!

My money is in their bank tho and has been for nearly 3 weeks.

I am now in touch with Trading Standards
I am also looking for people who want to get this sorted as it seems so many people being scammed.

Won 12 foldaway fans upon unboxing and testing each item, 9 were broken.
Won 8 Chill go fans, after unboxing and testing four were broken.
Won 8 Water chiller units, only 5 were delivered.
Lesson learnt - If there are a number of items that are not stated as sealed, you must assume that they are faulty items that have been returned. If public viewing is allowed, even if boxed and unable to test - you have no right to a refund or any recourse. If they misrepresent that amount in the auction, after providing evidence they will provide a portion of the refund. I will be avoiding the Edinburgh site as I feel clearly a dumping ground for faulty goods and you have agreed to the terms and conditions. The only bright light was that Customer service did answer my questions hence 2 stars and not 1.

"Avoid. Don't be fooled. Don't throw your money away."

Wish I had seen others reviews first. Bought "Refurbished" Vax Rapid Plus carpet cleaner. Both tanks broken, unit wet and dirty. Clearly not refurb. No compensation, no return policy. Intentional inaccurate description to enable a sale.

Report to Trading Standards and get John Pye to change there ways.

"AVOID AVOID AVOID"

AVOID AVOID AVOID, prices aren’t even that good and it’s basically a lottery if your item will ever actually arrive as most of mine haven’t, the customer service is condescending and frankly useless, the fees are massive, the website looks like it cost a pound to make and that quality is reflected in the amount of features the site has and how little information can actually be obtained from the website, that lack of information is then made worse by the aforementioned level of customer service. If you enjoy gambling with your money then by all means check them out but if you want a hassle free transaction and to actually receive your purchases then again I say AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

"AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE"

I ‘won’ a Philips Perfect Draft from JPA. Unfortunately once it arrived and I tried it with a keg the machine was completely blank. I contacted JPA and they said they would not accept a return as I had a chance to view item beforehand (there would be no way to test without a keg). Terrible service

Found I was unable to log into my account.My invoice needed to be settled. Contacted John Pye and ‘Ron’ quickly found a resolution. Very grateful to Ron who quickly understood the situation, didn’t engage in lengthy chat, stuck to the issue and managed to get me back into my account. Very happy. Many thanks to Ron.
