Hi Bharat. I'm slightly confused by the lies in your review, firstly we took both the plastic tanks out of the loft that was in use on the old system. We are not responsible for removing old galvanised tanks that would've been left in the loft from the previous installers as per our terms and conditions that you signed into. You opted for the most exspensive boiler on the market and moan about it being exspensive after we knocked off £600 from your original price. Also the house is a building site under renovations and is in a state not sure what you mean by we left a mess?
Also your co alarm was left on top of the boiler.
All your reviews you have left on trust pilot for other companies you call them fraud companies aswel honestly there is no pleasing some people

Thanks for your response, but I’d appreciate a more professional approach to resolving this matter.
Firstly, I should not have used your service when you asked me to pay in CASH for better price.
Before posting any public review, I made multiple efforts to communicate with you and give you a chance to address the issues. For transparency, our WhatsApp messages:

"Hi Jamie, I hope you're doing well.
I'm following up on our last conversation from 14/03/2025. I have yet to receive a response from you regarding the carbon monoxide alarm, which was not provided, and the water tank, which has not been removed as agreed.
While the pre-sales communication was excellent, I now feel as though I (as the customer) am being ignored. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with a clear timeline for the completion of these tasks. If you are unable to proceed, please let me know so I can make alternate arrangements. In that case, I will expect a refund for the undelivered items, which we can confirm.
Additionally, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the after-service experience. The work was left incomplete, the site was not cleaned properly, and your engineer seemed rushed to leave. I will be writing an honest review online to reflect the service I have received."

As for the water tank, your team left it behind. I was clearly told by Jeff that your team would cut and remove it from the loft. If this now comes at an additional cost, please confirm whether you are handling it or not—let me know ASAP.”
Only after continued silence and inaction from your side did I decide to post a review reflecting the 100% facts of my experience.
Jamie, I genuinely wanted to resolve this professionally and privately. My review is not meant to harm your business but to represent the truth of what took place when all avenues of communication failed.
Also, you have no right to comment on the other reviews I’ve left for different companies. Every customer is entitled to share their honest experience, and I stand by mine—just as I am doing here.

The 3 port valve was not working, a phone call to Jamie got it sorted. Tyler traveled from Ashford to Broadstairs and fixed it. Tyler was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant, a credit to the company. Fantastic job.

"What Service "
We contacted this company over the internet after having trouble with our boiler . We contacted them over the weekend and on Monday received confirmation of Ivan coming out to give us a quote for a new boiler as ours was now over 17 years, so before prices go up and having to have a different system ie heat pump boiler. Ivan called us on the day saying he was held up in traffic . On his arrival Ivan looked at our old system and then walked around the house seeing what we had and then sat down to work out the price . Having received various quotes online from companies without even seeing our system that were all very competitive in pricing once we received Lewkens price on Monday. We called up on Tuesday and decided to accept the offer and paid our deposit. Later Tuesday afternoon we received a call from Lyndsey offering us a fitment date of Wednesday we nearly fell of our seats . What a service but later on Lyndsey called saying they could not source our boiler that quick in the end so we went for Friday . Three days later 8:00 am Gary their fitter was here ready to do the deed. By 11:30 everything was done completed and we were well pleased with the installation and the cleanliness of the fitter . I have read other reviews today of the company and yes there are a few negative reviews but that always happens but for us Lewken get 10/ 10 from start to finish.

"Emergency Install "
I rang Lewken in a bit of a panic due to my boiler breaking down and having a family with three young children and no heating or hot water I needed this sorting ASAP!
I spoke with Jamie on the phone and explained my situation and he managed to get out to see me on the same day, unfortunately gave me the bad news I needed a new one but the service was amazing. I paid my deposit and by the next day I had an engineer at my house installing a new boiler and by the time I was home from work we had heating and hot water again! No mess left in the house and the engineers were very pleasant evening when my children kept asking them what they were doing! We had a Hive thermostat fitted and their engineer stayed and showed my partner how it all worked and just showed very thorough workmanship. Really impressive!
Lyndsey was really helpful after and made sure we were happy with the install and I couldn't be happier, would recommend them to anyone!
