In recent years I have made international transfer payments on a regular basis usually with a fee involved or without a fee, but a poor exchange rate. This company offer a good exchange rate and the option of sending the money fee free or for a very small charge. Will certainly use again in the future

Don’t touch took our money didn’t deliver our Hungarian Florin then made us jump through hoops to prove we paid for it then told us the problem was payment from a joint account we have travelled and returned 6weeks down the line still no refund and they are charging us £20 for the pleasure of the refund our money that still has not arrived - DO NOT USE THiS SITE

"Appalling customer service"

Website unclear and I selected a money transfer when I wanted travel money. I made 4 attempts to ring over the next 24 hours and emailed them immediately. No response to nay phone call - it cut me off after about 20-30 minutes when no one answered (all were in office hours). Transfer went through after 2 days costing me around £35, then got an email responding to my email saying its too late...

I looked around for the best buy back prices for holiday money and The Currency Club were the best, I checked trust pilot and they had a great rating.

I sent my cash via next day delivery, which insures your cash up to £750 ( you can pay extra if you require more insurance), this is via the post office which provides a tamper proof bag to put your envelope and details in.

I received my money in my bank 2 days later, a great service, quick and easy.

You won’t get a better service to purchase currency than TCC, best exchange rates, prompt service and deliver. However their buy back service needs massive improvement, 3 working days for a BACS transfer is not acceptable. I can order money from my Ford Money account before 1pm and it’s in my account by close of business that day,, 3 working days is TCC just holding on to your money for as long as they can
