"Would not use again"

Would not use again. Ordered currency which arrived on the date promised but contained less than was ordered. A small discrepancy of about £5 but after multiple emails, chasers, sending of ID and filling in their forms to confirm my claim wasn't fraudulent, they said they'd reviewed and didn't accept the error, told me the matter was closed and didn't reply to further communications.
