DO NOT SHOP HERE! VERY POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Really disappointed with the customer experience in Drake’s Savile Row store today. I was served by Babbington who forgot to bring me a glass of water and take my email/street address details for the out of stock item I was looking to purchase. He seemed uninterested and distracted so I politely declined further assistance and left the store. The plan was to shop here for my wedding later in the summer but respectfully I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I recently had the opportunity to shop with your brand whilst searching for a gift for my husband, and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. While I was excited about the quality of your clothing, I encountered significant challenges with the customer service team and the return process.
Firstly, I found the customer service team to be extremely unhelpful when I reached out for assistance and the returns portal kept glitching whilst I tried to process my return.
Additionally, I was surprised by the high cost associated with ordering and returning items that didn't fit. Spending £15 on ordering and returns for items that couldn't be tried on beforehand is not only expensive but also discourages me from making future purchases. It's essential for online retailers to offer reasonable return policies, especially when customers are unable to physically try on items before purchasing.
Overall, while I appreciate the quality of your clothing, I believe there are significant areas for improvement in customer service and return policies. I hope that you'll consider these suggestions to enhance the shopping experience for your customers in the future.

Everything about the product ist just awesome. I’ll purchased the set of 3 Oxford Button down for the second time. The only thing to complain ist the shipping to Germany and coming with this the hustle withe the toll. Maybe leaving the EU wasn’t such a good idea.
