"Not hand crafted items"

Ordered several pieces of jewelry. Was shocked at the horrible quality of the items. They were not hand made items, made in a shop, by the person shown on the site. When contacted about getting a refund, was offered a 30% discount to buy more junk. Declined. Then the offer went up to 50% off to buy more junk. Declined. Then was told it could cost up to $50 to send my items in for a refund because I'd be shipping them to Poland, yes Poland!!! The site clearly states that there is a "no questions asked" refund policy for the first 30 days. Not so. Actually this site is just ripping off a legit site "Helens Gems and Jewelry". When doing a search for HG&J you end up at HG. Then they got you, if you don't notice that you've been tricked into the wrong site. Still trying to get a refund. Do yourself a favor and do not patronize Helens Gems. Total ripoff.

"This company is a total sham "

This company is a total sham . I reached out in advance of purchase to see if I could return the items if I wasn't satisfied since the store is supposedly closing. "Jessy," told me that I could return them without issue since there is no closing date at this time. I was not satisfied with the items upon receipt and sent an email requesting instructions for the return process. Over the course of several emails, Jessy provided options other than return, such as a percentage off of additional items. I repeatedly said I wished to return the rings and asked for directions to do so. Jessy finally told me that the rings would have to be returned to Poland, where they source their materials and would have to be done at "significant cost." No where on the website does it say anything about having to return items to Poland! I have filed a complaint with the Utah Consumer Board of Protection and so should you if you've experienced the same thing.

This is not a US based company nor is it handcrafted by a little old lady in the US. This is a dropping shipping farm posing as a little old lady that is closing her business to lure unsuspecting victims to bait and switch fraud.

I even asked ahead of time if the jewelry changed colors Within 3 days the gold was turned to silver. Its discoloring my finger. This is not stainless steel or handmade. I’m not paying to send to Poland!!! Says free shipping and you misrepresented the jewelty
