I’d give it a ZERO if I could. Indeed this is a scam. Do not be pulled in by the sweet angelic, likely AI image of “Helen” - and certainly don’t be scammed by the jewelry! I picked out a beautiful pearl ring and some pearl earrings. They looked stunning in the photos. Alas when I got them, they weren’t even Claire’s quality. Awful. The runaround to get a refund is a joke: exchange for another item, keep the item but 30% refund, oh you don’t want to return to POLAND, very expensive. Keep the item and 50% refund, now 70% refund. I don’t have time for this.
Also, it is clear that all of the 5 star reviews are by bots!

Total scam, misleading ads… It is a cheap sweatshop from China with poor quality. Total rip off! I’m usually not taken by ads, but made this mistake and been taken. Requested at least the 30% refund. They calculated at 20%. Continuing to call them out on this. Fake people with fake names respond to your emails, often days later. They need to go down.

This doesn't even deserve 1 star. The jewelry does NOT look like the website pictures. It is greatly enhanced to look much better than what I received. I had to look at the website to see if they even sent the correct items that I ordered, because there was such a huge difference in the appearance. I asked for a refund, and they are telling me to keep everything and they are trying to only give me a 30% refund, then a 50% refund and now a 70% refund which they have not even issued and no longer respond to emails. That should tell you what this crap is NOT worth. Leaving a message at the "Utah" phone number is useless. No one ever answers or returns the calls. There is no such place as Helen's Gems in Cedar City, UT, and no such person as Helen. This is just another total scam from China. This stuff shipped from Hong Kong, not the US, but they are telling me I would have to pay an exorbitant shipping fee to return everything to POLAND and wait months to get a refund "if the return is satisfactory"!!! Such a scam!

Total scam. Their website make claims that are completely FLASE. My order was shipped from Hong Kong, and my credit card was charged by a company there, even though they say they're based in the "Southwest" region in the country. (I read every words on their website and saved their pages)

I haven't opened the package yet, but I doubt the items are handcrafted as advertised. The "small studio" they talk about is NOT real, and there’s no sign of it closing. They promise "no questions asked" returns and exchanges, even on sale items, but that’s not true. Upon my request to return the unopened items, they asked me to donate them to a charity in Poland instead, and I have to pay for the return postage (which stated in their return policy). I asked for a US address as they claimed to be a US-based small business, but they stopped replying to me.

PLEASE REPORT THIS to the authorities so they're going out of business for real.
