The customer service was outstanding from start to installation. When I called concerning delivery timeline Guadalupe responded same day with information on production and shipping. Product arrived as scheduled. My installer complimented the quality of the product and the ease of installation. 2019 Ford Fiesta ST... Performance has been excellent, superior to OEM parts.

This company doesn't stand behind their products, claim a hassle free warranty, and then asked customers to jump through hoops to discourage seeking warranty action. AVOID Brakeperformance.com products at all costs. There are more ethical and reputable suppliers out there with superior products. These rotors warp incredible fast, quality is completely hit or miss, they are not durable, and cannot stop the vehicles they're designed for reliably. Contacting customer service is a joke; they take all day to respond, don't care what your issue is, and push non-sense in their replies. They are obviously not mechanics, and seem to be more in love with the idea they sell good products than actually delivering good products or service. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID at all costs.

Dealing with them is a seriously frustrating experience. When a company claims to offer hassle-free warranties but then makes it difficult or unpleasant to actually use them, that’s just false advertising, plain and simple. And when the product doesn’t live up to even basic expectations like not warping quickly or stopping a vehicle safely... that’s a major safety concern, not just a customer service failure.

They value of getting a kit for all tires is great! Can't find this price anywhere else, much less for premium rotors and brakes. I have been buying the slotted and drilled rotors, and they work great for my CR-V.
