The driver was very professional, polite pleasant and friendly. He carried my heavy luggage into the building right to the front of the lift which was really kind and helpful since I have back problems.

Great taxi journey! Driver was great, didn’t get his name but very nice man and chatty! Driver was ready for when we come out the airport. Jumped straight in the car.

Arrived late of flight at 11.40pm went to taxi kiosk having not rebooked. No waiting at all. Mercedes large people carrier so placing luggage in boot was easy, professional friendly driver. Couldn’t fault.

Driver drove dangerously and aggressively, at one point tailgating and flashing another driver for driving 45 in a 50 zone, to then pull alongside them, wind the window down and argue with them.
