"The taxi driver was kind"

The taxi driver was kind, polite, helpful and had such a beautiful heart. We spoke for the journey home and I know this sounds crazy but it was the best taxi ride I have ever taken. Such a lovely, lovely man. Not just in my opinion but also the opinion of my teenage kids who are hard to please. I hope he gets to see this review.

Fine driver and journey but you are a con. Over £22 to go 2 miles to Horley. I will not use you again and will call a local cab company.

The driver was very polite and helpful. He went above and beyond to help us with our luggage (even dropping it at our front door) and he drove very safely. Car was smooth, spacious and clean.
Only shame was the company not being able to offer any child car seats.

The guy at the counter was incredibly rude. Doesn’t have the decency to even that you finish your sentence and abruptly interrupt you constantly. The driver also had no basic social Etiquette, he made no eye contact with us gave us no greeting No hello please or thank you.
High price because it’s an airport cup service, but therefore the service needs to match the price.
