Michael was a misery and did not even drop me at the door if the hotel. Better service last trip on 18/04. I hope that tomorrow's driver is better!

Bit expensive for such a short ride but I guess that's airports. Driver sociable and helpful

"RIP OFF"

I was quoted £20 for my trip which I was more than happy to pay as I had paid £22 the previous week for the same journey which had been in the early hours of the morning. On completion of the journey I was told the fare was £27.96, when questioned he supposedly phoned controller give a different driver number to the one that was on his lanyard.

Excellent driver. Comfortable and spacious car. I am slightly disabled and getting in and out presented no problem. Help with heavy bags no issues for the driver. Would defo use again.
