Driver said he can't get reception where I live so can I pay now. Then explained how I needed to process the payment whilst he was driving. At first he said he would have to get the office to give me the receipt but then agreed to write me one. I use your company a lot but if this is your new process, which he said it was, I call someone who will also be much cheaper!
