I recently purchased the Ekol Crystal 5 from stove fitters warehouse with their twin wall click together chimney and they came in two separate delivery's on pallets The wood burner was very well wrapped and firmly bolted to the pallet but the large box with the chimney parts in had been damaged by a fork lift trucks forks lucky the forks had only slightly damage one end of one of the twin wall chimney parts so i was able to knock the dent out easy for me as I have been in engineering all my life but maybe a problem for someone else otherwise all the parts appear to be of a high quality I'm still installing the chimney so I can't comment on how it will all work when fired up all in all I can thoroughly recommend this company

Absolutely superb! Placed an order, 48 hours later and everything is delivered exactly as ordered. Really good quality components and a very sturdy door to the stove. Cannot wait to get this installed. Just wish I had read the reviews and ordered from this company originally. Would definitely recommend, great service, great communication and a very satisfied customer :)
