We're about to fit our stove over the next few days so can't yet comment on quality of parts (although all looks to be top quality). However, service is second to none. Prompt responses to questions and everything delivered as promised. There is no way on earth we'd have had the confidence to do this install ourselves without this service and in the current climate getting a professional to install is impossible.

Having read through all the documentation on the site, and walking through it in my mind whilst examining all the parts - I'm now feeling very confident. I'll report back when the job is complete.

Edit: Had the stove in now for three years, and would not be without it. The install went very easily given my complete lack of experience. Everything supplied to us, from actual products to advice & guidelines, was excellent. Thank you so much!
