Ordering process was super smooth. I didn't get the notifications about shipping or delivery, but the laptop was sent very quickly via DHL as advertised, and arrived within 2 days and everything with the laptop is all great.

Dislikes: was a bit dirty. Removed some grime from the charging port and other bits of trim.

I know others have had issues but I'd recommend them for a cheap second hand phone.

Don't buy from them. Bought a screen for my phone. It was the cheapest I could find online. Nearly a month later with no communication throughout from their end, they cancelled and at least they refunded me. Not happy.

I purchased a ZTE MU5120 Pro 5G MiFi, and I am absolutely delighted with it. Clove would have got 5 stars EXCEPT for their utterly useless communications. The tracking did not update for 2 days after the order was ready to be dispatched, so I sent them an email. The email got no response and the tracking remained the same for 5 days, which is curious as the item actually arrived 1 hour after I sent the email. Today - Day 5 - I got a tracking update to say my item was "on its way". Come on guys, communication is the key!

"They cancelled my order - but!"

Yesterday I ordered a strap for my Apple Watch. Shortly after I received an email saying their website was being updated and they couldn’t fulfil my order then another saying there wasn’t enough stock and my order was cancelled. I looked at their website today and the strap is still available but, surprise surprise, at a higher price. Seems I’m not the first to have this experience. Only reason 2 stars and not 1 is that no money was taken from my account.
