PRO: THE SERVICE REP THAT I TALKED TO WAS VERY HELPFUL.
PRO: THE PART CAME IN PROMPTLY
CON: I NEVER UNDERSTOOD WHY THE PART ITSELF WAS UNAVAILABLE, BUT THE PART WITH THE HANDLE WAS AVAILABLE.
CON: THE PART CAME IN WITH A VERY SHORT HANDLE. IM NOT EVEN SURE WHY ANYONE WOULD NEED A 3/4" DRIVE RATCHET WITH SUCH A SHORT HANDLE. WE WERE ABLE TO USE THE OLD HANDLE.

Bought a torque wrench 148F60 never use it, when I need to use it the torque wrench does not click. Sent an email to the company, Alberto response asking for the PO. After give all the information, he doesn't response back, so I sent an email again, then he said, we'll working on it. Not only bad customer service, a very bad quality of the products. Never recommend or buy this Genius Tools again.
