"Purchsed spline socket set"

Purchsed spline socket set, but only the inserts arrived. Used standard 1/2 socket but the insert kept falling out. Searched online for bit sockets but it was difficult to source a bit socket to accept a 1/2 inch shank. Genius Tools website had them in 1/2 and 3/8 drives. What I liked... arrived quickly, good price, difficult to locate bit sockets in stock and perfect fit.

Placed two orders within a couple of weeks of each other because the quality of the tools appears to be higher than some of the other name brands I use.

No problem with the first order, the second order was short one bit. It did take a few days to rectify, the reporting process is a little difficult. I was a bit apprehensive because someone's previous one star review.

It did work out very smoothly in the end, I did receive the bit. It did take an additional week and held me up, but it all worked out with minimal fuss. thanks Alberto!
