Order process was fairly easy and ability to view multiple types of glass frames is very good. I would have given it 5 stars except the discount process is very misleading/confusing. Don't offer discounts without indicating only one is good at a time.

10 days to make my glasses the they turn it over to DHL instead pf a good carrier and another 7 days to ship from Georgia to East Tennessee. Unacceptable and poor service. All these glasses in a day places and you take 17 days? You need to close up shop. You dont have what it takes
